Review: NetAudioAds™ Pay-Per-Play
So I have been off topic for quite some time. Actually I should be blogging more about the money making schemes available to webmasters and so I am now doing my first review of a very interesting ad network, “NetAudioAds™ Pay-Per-Play”
Today I would be reviewing a quite unknown concept called Pay Per Play and a new ad network.
All of you must have heard of Pay Per Click (PPC), but the concept of Pay Per Play would be new to many.
This marketing concept has taken ground on the fact that the masses are moving from the conventional source of media, the television to the internet.
The simple reasons being that the power to choose is completely in the hands of the online surfer, than the television viewer. And hence the migration. This being the case, television advertisers are now looking to the Internet as an alternate form of advertising.
So what potential market are we talking about ?
These guys are looking at channelizing millions of television ad dollars to the online marketing segment.
They claim to be backed by one of the top 5 major search engine. So i guess its not G, Y or M, else it they would have claimed to be backed by one of the top 3 major search engines.
Now here is the interesting part.
The advertisers will bid for the top spots, similar to the Google Adword program and the publishers will be paid in line to the Adsense program.
They claims that a website owner will have the capacity of earning revenue on 100% of their traffic and one would not have to generate ad clicks for that.
In case of PPP ads, instead of a ad unit one will be serving a 5 second audio advertisement to website visitors. Ads will be served on the preference of the advertiser based on their need for specific interests, demographics and geographic locations.
Points to note with this:
1. They claim to be providing advertisers positive Return on Investment (ROI) for over 2 years. (I guess they were pretty exclusive as not many spoke of them)
2. Also they claim to be the only form of media whose impressions and ad placements are verified by an independent 3rd party.
3. They have been running the network for 2 ½ years, have over 66,000 advertisers and over 550,000 websites that serve PPP ads to their visitors. (I missed to join the bandwagon early)
4. Their network serves up to 43 million streams (impressions) of advertisers’ 5 second audio ads on a monthly basis.
Also, the ads that they serve do not take up any space on your webpage as they are not seen but heard.
All you would need to do is insert the code provided by them on your webpage and the next time you get a visitor, they will hear an audio ad for which you will get paid.
Some FAQ’s from their pages:
Q. How many 5 second ads are played for the visitor?
A. PPP audio ads only play one time so web page visitors are not bombarded with a continuous stream of 5 second ads. In other words when a visitor enters a page with the PPP code inserted then that visitor will hear ONE 5 second audio ad and that’s it.
Q. Are PPP audio ads related to the website content on which they are played?
A. Yes, PPP NetAudioAds™ uses technology that crawls the readable content of any web page where the PPP code is inserted. As a result, we only serve ads that are related to the content of any web page where the PPP code is present.
They claims that they are going more public with their 2 ½ year old program as they are in dire straits for increasing their ad impression from millions to billions and that is also the reason what they are in partnership with one of the bigger SE (search engine).
After all this is going to be bandwidth intensive and surely the funding would be in millions to expand such a network.
And to expand their potential market they need more publishers. That is us.
The Compensation Chart:
This works out in a three tier plan. So you earn;
1. 25% of what the advertiser spends on PPP ads you serve on your own website(s).
2. 5% of what the advertiser spends on PPP ads played on the website(s) of those you refer.
3. 5% of what the advertiser spends on PPP ads played on the website(s) that your direct referrals bring on board.
And if we are talking 100% conversions, then the 25% is big money.
The advertisers start bidding for their ad placement from tomorrow (1st Feb 2008) and for this reason they want as many sites as possible to host their ad code.
Their Appeal:
The more websites we get into our network before February 1st, the higher the opening bids will be so we need your help right now!
The Big Question:
Bidding will open up on February 1st and revenue will begin being generated on that same day. You will get your first check in March and payments will continue monthly thereafter.
The search engine is a trusted brand and will be ensuring all payments to our partners
Information on training will be available in an email you will receive after sign up.

Well I am sold at the prospect that this could well be the biggest thing to happen for the year.
I am not jumping my guns yet, but what do I have to loose with a harmless sign up.
I suggest that you too take a few minutes and register for the network.
Also, you can only earn for your referrals if you sign up by tomorrow as they will be closing the referral earning capacity on 1st Feb 2007 (Tomorrow). So if you sign up after tomorrow, you will not have the option to earn from your referrals.
I just signed up and guess what, you also have an option to receive the commission via Paypal.

There are quite a few computers and software outlets out there that deal with specialist software like inventory management software. That does not imply that they lack basic programs like chat software or norton antivirus. They also offer apt backup solutions as well as answers to affiliate program dilemmas. Then there are categories of finance software, medical software and others as well.

I have been a supporter and user of voice2page and netaudioads for quite some time now, actually before they came out with Play Per Play. I use the voice2page feature on my site www.collectmychecks.com because plain text pages are usually pretty boring and most people have a short attention span. Attention grabber graphics and video are becoming more and more popular and actually required to try and attract more visitors and hold them for any length of time.
So the internet audio concept makes perfect sense …ok try this…go turn on your TV and try and watch it with the sound off…pretty boring right.
You have to do something different to hold the visitors attention…why not make it more personable. The netaudioads is a great way to monetize your site and pretty ingenious if you ask me. They seem to have figured out a way to deliver information without competing with overpopulated sites and web page limitations.
The big picture appears to be that voice2page is trying to take the internet to the next level of internet communication with endless application possibilities. The facts seemed to be…the search engine giants like it, the advertisers like it, so therefore it will probably become mainstream pretty soon.
It does not make a whole lot of sense to try and find fault with the concept because it is probably going to be very successful regardless of the nit-pick negative comments.
Anybody heard whether voice2page is going public anytime soon…I think this would be a good stock buy.
If you have an opinion regarding what I have said about voice2page please forward your comments to their email box support@voice2page.com they may be interested in what you think.

Thanks a ton for your inputs Jerry.
I just hope they start serving the ads as I surely need something beyond the adsense for my websites and this looks the one with the most prospects.
